A gathering of practitioners,
holding space for Nashville.

Sacred Breathwork is a guided breathwork journey that helps us find our way home to Sat Chit Ananda (Existence, Consciousness, Bliss). Through this type of breathwork and breath retention, we can activate the parasympathetic nervous system and drop into a state of deep regeneration and healing. The breath allows us to process the emotions that come with trauma. Jeremy Ryan is a dedicated breathwork facilitator, compassionate medicine space sitter, reiki sound healer, and guide for nervous system reset practices. With a grounded, trauma-aware approach, he creates safe, supportive containers for deep regulation, emotional release, and reconnection-blending conscious breathwork, somatic awareness, sound, and meditative guidance to help participants calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore inner balance.
