Rae is a Registered Drama Therapist, Certified Trauma Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Somatic Experiencing® practitioner-in-training who helps people better understand themselves, their patterns, and the ways their nervous systems shape how they move through the world. Through Soul2Role, Rae offers personalized guidance for people navigating stress, overwhelm, life transitions, identity shifts, or simply the sense that the ways they've learned to cope no longer fit. Her work combines somatic awareness, creative exploration, mindfulness, role work, guided reflection, and nervous-system-informed practices to help clients develop greater self-understanding and more choice in how they respond to life. Sessions are experiential, collaborative, and highly individualized. Rather than focusing on fixing or becoming a different person, the work creates space to understand what is already happening, build capacity for life's challenges, and explore ways of showing up that feel authentic and attainable. Rae offers individual resilience programs, focused sessions, workshops, and community experiences through Soul2Role, with both in-person and virtual options.
