1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Nashville Healing Community website and services (the "Service"), operated by Timeless RN, PLLC, a Tennessee professional limited liability company doing business as Ohm Academy of Spiritual Healing and The Nashville Healing Community ("we," "us," "our"), with a principal address at:
Timeless RN, PLLC d/b/a Ohm Academy of Spiritual Healing 4909 Alabama Avenue Nashville, Tennessee 37209 Email: OhmAcademy432@gmail.com Phone: (615) 970-2015
By accessing the Service, creating a listing, posting a review, posting an event, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Nashville Healing Community is a community directory connecting holistic and alternative healing practitioners in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area with members of the public seeking their services. The Service allows:
- Practitioners ("Listed Practitioners" or "Members") to publish a paid annual listing describing their practice, services, contact information, and events.
- Visitors to browse listings, leave reviews, and view community events.
- Timeless RN, PLLC, through its administrators, to review, approve, moderate, and remove listings and other content.
The Service is a directory and informational platform only. We do not provide, perform, recommend, endorse, or warrant any healing service, treatment, advice, or product offered by any Listed Practitioner.
3. Not Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice
THE SERVICE IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. Information on the Service is for general informational and community-connection purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a licensed physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you encountered on the Service.
Many practices listed on the Service (including bodywork, energy work, sound healing, breathwork, yoga, intuitive arts, and integration support) are complementary or alternative wellness modalities and are not a substitute for licensed medical care. Although the Service is operated by an entity affiliated with a licensed registered nurse, the Service does not provide nursing, medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic services, and using the Service does not create a nurse-patient or any other professional relationship with us.

⚠️ Attorney Review Recommended Before Launch. This document is a thoughtful starting draft tailored to The Nashville Healing Community, but it is not a substitute for legal counsel. Before publishing it on the live Service, have a licensed Tennessee attorney review it, with particular attention to: (1) whether running this directory under a nursing PLLC requires an entity restructuring or carve-out (general business counsel can advise); (2) the limitation of liability and indemnification clauses; (3) whether to add a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver; (4) Sections 4.4 and 4.5 regarding controlled substances and practitioner representations; (5) Tennessee-specific consumer protection disclosures; and (6) confirmation that your existing PLLC business insurance covers a public directory with user-generated reviews, or whether a media/publishing liability rider is needed.
