Ambitious Armadillo Co. is a Nashville-based breathwork and somatic coaching practice founded by Emily — a Registered Nurse, certified coach, and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with training in Reiki and advanced energy modalities. The work sits at the intersection of nervous system science and somatic practice — grounded enough for the skeptic, spacious enough for the seeker. Sessions and programs support humans who are high-functioning on the outside and quietly unraveling on the inside: the ones who have done the therapy, read the books, and still can't quite land in their own bodies. Offerings include one-on-one and group practices, including Faces of You — a 9-week live cohort program built around reclaiming the fragmented parts of self.
