Ambitious Armadillo Co. is a Nashville-based breathwork and somatic coaching practice founded by Emily — a Registered Nurse, certified coach, and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with training in Reiki and advanced energy modalities. The work sits at the intersection of nervous system science and somatic practice — grounded enough for the skeptic, spacious enough for the seeker. Sessions and programs support humans who are high-functioning on the outside and quietly unraveling on the inside: the ones who have done the therapy, read the books, and still can't quite land in their own bodies. Offerings include one-on-one and group practices, including Faces of You — a 9-week live cohort program built around reclaiming the fragmented parts of self. Emily works virtually and in person in Nashville. The science tells her why it works. The woo tells her how to hold the space for it.
